How to avoid same figure repeated in every row except in the total row & excludes ratios in each row leaving only the ratio at total row

Please propose me the solution as to how I could avoid the total value (sales) repeated in every row & ratios leaving it only in the total row. Expressions used are too given!

sum({<ME_CODE>}REFUND_PREMIUM)

sum({<ME_CODE>}TOTAL)

sum({<ME_CODE>}REFUND_PREMIUM)/(sum({<ME_CODE>}REFUND_PREMIUM)+sum({<ME_CODE>}TOTAL))
