How to calculate dimension wise Sub Total in a Pivot Table

Hi all,

I want to display dimension wise sub total in a pivot chart.. For an example ;Sales Rep wise Sales... See the attached screenshot.

Please help me on this issue.......

Hi,

Go to Presentation Tab and look for Dimension and Expression (Top Left Corner). Select the Dimension and check Show Partial Sum.

Thanks for your response.. I have tried that.. but it doesn't give the result what I want... I need to display Sub Totals like follows;

Yes I have tried that before ... but it doesn't give the result needed..... It will display as follows

Hi nilupaboralessa,

If you want to show total of Sales Rep. Maybe you can check Partial Sum of InvDate (or other dimension that follow Sales Rep)
