How to calculate rate %? Urgent help please...

Hi,

Can anyone suggest me please..

how can I calculate total conversion rate %? i,e out of ten cases only one is missed.so, for Adam the quality is best. How can I mention that Adam is doing best by representing with conversion rate %? can anyone please suggest me.

for eg:

Employee name: Adam

Total cases=10

Total missed=1

This is urgent for me please.

Adam has 10-1 =9 . so, need to show this 9 in percentage rate. Is it possible. can anyone help me?
