Hi Team,
I wanted to calculate the TAT within and OUT OF TAT from Process_case column.this column is coming after alculation.I have the TAT vaue as 2.Now I want to show count of those process cases which is < less then 2 days as within TAT.and count of those process cases which is > greater then 2 days as OUT TAT.
Is this possible to get the value from customized/calculated column.?
