How to combine two fields in load script ?

I have two fields from the same table as shown below; 

Manager

Stillman

George

Adam

Developers

Alex

John

How to join two fields in the load script as shown below to get new field Employee? 

Employee

Stillman

George

Adam

Alex

John

it is possible to resident load and create a table like that
e.g.
load distinct Manager as Employee
resident YourFACT;
concatenate
load distinct Developer as Employee
resident YourFACT;

but bigger question is how it impacts your data model.
