How to compare two text values in a table diagram

Hi guys,

I have two tables  (source and target) - those are part of an interface so I want to compare the values in each column between source and target and ensure they are the same.

For example: I have columnA (in source table) and ColumnB (in target table). Both should contain the same value.

I have set up a table diagram with an account number as dimension and formulas like If(columnA=collumnB, "green", "red") for each column I want to compare.

This seems to work ok for numeric values but fails on text.

I am not shure if this is a problem with the way formulas are calculated within a diagram, as the formulas for text values seem to fail each time I have more than one entry for my dimension.

Can anyone help me on this?

BTW - I have exported and compared the two tables to Excel, and here all values I compare are actually the same.

Cheers,

Thomas
