How to concatenate 2 fields as one with bookmarks

Hello

Please find attached a QVW which has bookmarks within it, and the buttons are associated with the bookmarks 

The bookmarks work well, however I now want to add 2 fields called In_Test and Out_Test to the table on the left hand side

However I want to concatenate the 2 fields so that when the All button is selected, both In_Test and Out_Test will show in the table

                                                                                       Inpatients button is selected, only In_Test will show in the table

                                                                                       Outpatients button is selected, only Out_Test will show in the table

Can anyone help me try and achieve this?

See attached qvw. That's the best I can do. Pivot tables don't lend themselves to much customization.
