How to assign user permission to control users to access different sheet?

Hi,

U can achive this by using the sheet matrix in Excel file. Then use the Conditional Show for each sheet Property-->> Show Sheet-->> Conditional and put =Sheet1 (For sheet1)

Please refer the attached Excel Sheet and Document.

The user IDs are A,B,C,D all are havinf different credentials.

Please let me infor it is correct or not.

for A- sheet1 and Sheet2 visible

B- Sheet1

C- Sheet2

D-None

I have a new question. There are 100 sheets, and user A can access 5 of them. When visite qvw form qvServer, use User A account login, Does IE explore client load 5 sheets or 100sheets but show 5sheets?

I've done such a thing with my sheet. And now user that shouldn't access Sheet1 just can't access whole file - access is denied for him. What can be wrong?

I'm loading USERID, Sheet1 and User Access table offcours.
