I can copy a sheet from one document to another?

in the sheet if you hit Ctrl+a it selects all objects in the sheet

so after this a simple Ctrl+c

and Ctrl+v in the new application should copy the sheet as is to the new app

press ctrl+shift+s and then ctrl+a and then ctrl+c and then paste it new document. it copies the hidden objects as well and it will paste it in new document.
