How to copy/share colors data appearance between charts?

Hi all,

I want to align all my charts to one standard colors data appearance without going and selecting for each one the same colors?

can it be done?

Hi Boris,

If you already have the charts created, you can use the Format Painter tool.

Select the correctly formatted chart, then select the format painter tool, (it's in the Design tab, and looks like a paintbrush). Then click on the chart you want to reformat.

BTW it only works when you put the brush on the middle of the chart.

if you point to the caption it doesn't affect the colors tab.

Tried to do this in different sheet/tab but the color does not change. Any hint?
