How to count this value in back end

Hi Qlik,

Please help on this.

Please find the attached QVW. I need to categorize the score for each driver and give the Category foe each driver i.e, Green, Yellow, Red.

In frond end i need to show count of Green Drivers, Yellow, Red drivers. should show in Bar chart.

Bottom 5 Red Drivers name his score and Bottom Yellow Drivers name his score.
