How to creat a bar chart with continuous dimension?

I have a requirement that showing number of Manufacturing units falling under the specific schedule adherence.My dimension is in percentage format.  I want to show number of manufacturing units under the  schedule adherence 10-20%,20-30%.... Pls tell me how to get this??
