How to create Border like excel

i am facing issue with borders pls let me know if you have any idea to resolve simple way pls find below example

What are you trying to add a border to?  For most objects there are border settings on the layout tab > Borders.

If you can't see it you may be in simplified mode.  Go to settings menu > Document properties > change styling mode from simplified to advanced.

right mouse click into the cell and then follow my picture

Enable grid style on design tab. Then right click on chart. you will find the custom format cell over there.
