How to create Hierarchy data

Hi Team,

I have UID,country,state,district,town data .I have to show in data tree format for that i am not able to create Hierarchy table,and also based on UID i need to show count . Can you please help . Attaching sample data .

Is it possible to share QVW Fer Fer..

Just want to make sure UID column is not actually part of hierarchy its basically primary key, which to help to show counts in dendrogram chart.
