How to create Week in Calendar

Dear Friends,

    I am new in QV world. My requirement is. I want to Create a calendar like

Month starts from April to March

Quarter starts from Apr 1st to March end

The main challenge I am facing is to create the week

I.e., The requirement is my 1st week will starts from Apr 1st sunday onwards. Means In Calendar week which date will coming on 1st sunday my calendar week will starts from that date.

Fro Eg: In Apr 5th is the 1st sunday of the financial year so my 1st week will starts from 5th onwards.

Please help me friends. Many Thanks in Advance.
