How to create a bubble chart with x and y values fixed

I want a represantation of 4 bubbles with a fixed position, the size of de bubbles depends on an expresión, i´ve create a scatter chart but i don´t know how fix the position of the bubbles, sorry for mi english i  attach a example in paint.

Just create two fixed dimension aggregated by bubbles.

Thanks for the answer, i did it but i have problems to insert the expression, in your table the value is fixed but the expresion of the size of the bubbles in mi chart are not a fixed value, how i can do it?

in my examle the bubble size isn't fixed, it depends from the expression. Can you share some example data and the expected result ?
