How to create a chart where dimension is a calculated dimension

I have a list of names per year for 11 years calculated and concatenated in variables (1 variable per year). I need to count how many times the names appeared in the list. So i have 0 (if the name never came up in the list) to 11 (if a name appeared on the list for every year).

I need to create a chart where the frequency (0 to 11) is the dimension and the count of names per district as the expression. See image as example

Divine, in these cases, it is generally helpful if you can attach your data source, I suspect this is why you have not received anything on this one yet, as a bit difficult to offer up things without knowing the details.
