How to create a container with a scroll option

Can I create a container object with a scroll option as below??  I need not necesarily achieve the same look for the the Gauges, the one qlik provides will suffice. But I need to have them all displayed in a fashion/style like below.

I must be able to scroll as below and if you observe the Employee Utilization is a tad bigger than the rest as I have selected it / hover above it.

Is there any other way of achieving this??

Unfortunately I do not believe this is possible with QlikView.

Really seems you should go to some extension object or third party tools.

You can kind of achieve what you're looking for by using the trellis option (see attached).  It gives you the ability to scroll through the gauges:
