How to create a cumulative rolling 52 week total using a flag

A developer created a flag for us to use in set analysis for Rolling 52 Weeks, i.e. [Rolling 52 Weeks Flag], where it's either 'Y' or 'N'.  I'm trying to figure out how display cumulative sales total for a given week (week's total sales + previous 51 weeks total sales), but can't seem to figure it out.  Help!

Why not simple option Cumulative and Accumulative.
