A .qar file is basically just a zip file renamed to .qar. What you're probably asking is how to create an extension. In that case see here and here.

what i need is by uisn qar files google heat maps and controllers are created,i want to learn how to build a qar file.

what ype of script is needed ,can you have document on qar scrpting please sharet to me.

See here. You can rename the .qar file to .zip and unzip it to study the files. If you have questions ask Alexander Karlsson about it. He's the person that created the extension.
