Simple answer -- you can't, text boxes an only be rectangles. However, you could create a background text object with a parallelogram image and a foreground text object (with a transparent background) for the text. This text box should be sized to be included in the size of the background box.

You might need multiple text boxes to get that. Mainly playing with corner settings (in advanced styling mode , doc settings) you could get that.

Overlapping the text boxes you could get something like:
