How to create "ALL" in filter value with in the same field.

Hi All,

I have field Country and it has all country names.when we add this in filter pane.

User wants to select all countries without selecting individual values or filter options like select all.

They need additional value is "ALL" in same field.when it display in filter pane if they select it should select all countries and unselect means uncheck the countries.

I have tried with Inline load but this only working for static and less value.since we have dynamic values it may update new values in future inline load will not work

could you any one help me on this.
