Hi ,
I was creating a pivot table for the following sample
| Department | Title | Name | Value1 | Value2 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| A | Sales Rep | Mary | 100 | 250 |
| A | Accountant | Jim | 151 | 145 |
| A | Accountant | Joe | 200 | 150 |
| A | Photographer | John | 212 | 854 |
| B | Photographer | Bill | 111 | 714 |
| B | Photographer | Terry | 231 | 540 |
By using pivot table I want to show the attached excel that shows the subtotal by the titles as "Title + Total" as a label for the group of department. I was using the calculated dimension as '=Title & ' Total', but this shows a total and title for each lines. What I want is to aggregate the title field with the Total label as it is shown on the excel.
Thanks,
Wossen
I slightly modified Braga's QVW - would this work for you?
I used indent mode on properties style tab.

Hi Braga,
Thanks for your help. But what I am looking for is to show the label as 'Account Total' instead of just 'Total' for each titles.
Thanks,
Wossen

Hi John,
That is somewhat close to what I want! Thanks so much!
