Here you go.

In a Straight Table you can simply choose to display a field as an Image instead of text. Qlik has built in image files.

You can also do the min-chart like the one besides what you circled in red.

This QlikView sample file has loads of sample visualisations.  Traffic Lights are on the KPI tab.

One note - I could not find the led_g.png and led_r.png image files in my configuration but I have managed to download similar from the internet.
