To restrict users not to see dashboards on access point you can exclude those users from the distribution list.

depends on your setup, though open the Qlikview Server and search for the folder "QlikView User Documents" in our case we it up on "D"

D:\QlikView User Documents

once you find it you can look for the reports that are no longer needed
