How to disable triggers?

Being a newbie, I once developed a dashboard with onOpen trigger to start reloading and PostReload Trigger to close the document once reloaded. Now i need to make certain changes to the load script but obviously i was too dumb to keep a room for that. Is there a way we can disable the triggers? Or re-writing the load script is the only option now?

go to settings-> document properties-> onopen ->edit action and delete action

go to settings-> document properties-> on post reload->edit action and delete action

Press SHIFT while opening.

it wont let me because as soon as i open the document it starts reloading and as soon as reloading is done, it will close the document. Pressing SHIFT worked.
