How to display date wise status bar

I am having tables as follows

ColumnA      ColumnB

FPI                 22/05/2015

CSR               28/6/2016

DBL                25/6/2015

So I want to show the Date wise status bar in which it should start with 1-Jan-2015 & end with 31 Dec 2016.

Also want to show value of column A & B on status Bar on specified data mentioned in table. Please refer below screen shot

& attached sample QVW file..
