How to display the %change between two bars in bar chart

Hi Team,

I have a bar chart in my application. I Supposed to show the %change between first and second bar at middle of the two bars.

If we have 4 bars in my chart, the %change value between 1st and second bar should display at the middle of the first two bars.

Is there any way to fix the offset value for this kind of requirement.
