How to enable Reload Tab in QMC

Hi,

Before update my QMC with publisher license reload option was worked fine(Documents -->User Documents -->Select .qvw file ), but now reload tab was disabled. How can I enable the reload tab.

Hi

After applying publisher Licence.

You need to configure tasks from source document. and probably need to restructure folder path.

Go to QEMC-->System-->Setup --> Distribution Service --> General and source folder path.

Point this to your qvws.

Hi Ashfaq,

Thanks for your information, reload tab is enabled now.

but I have more doubts, I have added tasks manually and then tried for task reloaded every 1 minute  but its getting failed continuously.

can you please explain in detail, I don't know how to resolve the problem, for your reference attached my screen shot also.

If you find any problem with my file please explain in right way.

What does log file says.

Can you post logs here

Hi,

I have added the log file which is taken from C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\WebServer\Log.

Can you post log from this location

C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\DistributionService\1\Log


Also ope your Qlikview file in desktop then go to Setting --> Document Properties --> General and Click on Generate log file option.

Then It will generate log file in the same folder as that of Qlikview Application.

Send me both logs.

Can you run task manually from desktop?

I have attached the TaskLog file which is taken from C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\DistributionService\1\Log and I tried

Setting --> Document Properties --> General and Click on Generate log file option but I couldn't find the file name.

can u please explain how to run task manually from desktop?

Hi,

Point 1)

Do you have any section or any antivirus software running?

Point 2)

After you apply setting in Document you can hit Reload from desktop itself.

1. Yes antivirus software running in my system.

2. I hve reloaded the qv file in desktop and attached too

Hi,

Then you have to make sure to remove below folder from Antivirus scanning

C:\ProgramData\QlikTech

There is no error found in document LOG.
