How to export user information with Pivot table

Hi ,

I have a requirement , when user exports pivot table to excel that user's information also should be exported with the pivot table.

Is there any way to export user id while exporting the pivot in excel without writing macros.

Please advise.

You could enable that the set selections are exported with the object (will be below it) and within these selections you could transfer these additionally information - but it needs some efforts. For example creating an island-table with all of your users and by opening the application or moving to this sheet a trigger selects with an expression like = ossuser() this field.
