How to extract the data from html tag field

Dear All,

   We are having the requirement like below.

      I am having the Table in MY SQL like below fields

   A,B,C,D out of these A,B&C data is there in the normal text format and the Field "D" is having the HTML Tag Text data . How we can extract this field with out those tags or how can show that text in the frontend with out the Tags.

Please find the attached file of the Table.
