How to generate sequence number for each item ?

Hello, dear all!

Please help with advice how to perform this.

I have a table with ITEMID and OPERATIONNUMBER.

Excel File:

[View:http://community.qlik.com/cfs-file.ashx/__key/CommunityServer.Discussions.Components.Files/11/2117.ItemsOperations.xls:550:0]

It is sorted by ITEMID, OPERATIONUMBER.

How can I generate SEQUENCE number in third colum to look like in excel file.

Maybe it can be preformed with some loop ?
