How to get Total/Subtotal in Pivot Table

Dear Experts,

I have a Pivot Table which looks like the Following

WERKS	EBELN	BANFN	ANFNR	ORDER QTY	ORDER VALUE
9030	0018014430	0001868652	0001831024	15	4000
9030	0018014434	0001664524	0001834728	2	14000
9030	0023623465	0001861419	0001834405	5	10000
				22	28000

Other than WERKS as mentioned i.e 9030 there are other WERKS also ex. 9000, 9010 etc

I want to get the

1) TOTALs of Expressions (ORDER QTY & ORDER VALUE) in a seperate line as shown above in table

2) With change of Selection of WERKS, the "TOTALs" value should dynamically change

Your guidance will be highly appreciated

Hi,

use pivot table. in that you will get option show partial sums in presentation tab.just enable it for dimensions which needs sub totals
