How to get both the sign out button and authentication always?
Hi, I discovered this other post that told me how to set Authentication to Login on he qlikview webserver, which makes the sign out button appear. http://community.qlik.com/thread/33608
And I have the sign out button, but when I push sign in again it just jumps into the menu without making me log back in again. The only way for it to make me log back in again remains to close all windows. I'm a few upgrades behind, but is the solution to this in any of the latest upgrades/service releases?
I want the sign out button to be visible and for Authentication to be Always, without having to fiddle with my browser settings or make everyone else in the company fiddle with their myriad browser settings.
And I am on qlikview 11, just the server is too big and complex to upgrade willy nilly, but we'll look into it if one of the upgrades/service releases can address a particular issue for us.
