How to get expressions?

Hi,

I have to create straight and bar chart with below information. Can anyone help me with expression please as I tried but not able to make it exact data.

The requirement is

1) A summary of the successful Initials made.

Table

Initial made  
% of Initial made  
  

Bar chart showing week number on the horizontal axis and % of  Initial made on the vertical axis.

2) A summary of the AD Order showing the number of appointments completed and the number of these that were proceeded.
Table

Appointments proceeded  
WIP  
Die  
Appointments completed  
  
Bar chart showing week number on the horizontal axis and % of  appointments proceeded on the vertical axis.
Pie chart for the last week showing from the appointments completed, the % split between appointments proceeded, WIP and Die and any other.
