How to get latest 3 records as per ID

Hi Team,

Suppose I have following kind of Data and I need the latest 3 data as per latest date.

I want fields like below :

Bank name as per last ECS date

IFSC code as per last ECS date

Bank name as per second last ECS date

IFSC code as per second last ECS date

Bank name as per second last ECS date

IFSC code as per second last ECS date

Please suggest
