How to get only last value from data?

How can I get only postcode from below address as these are sample data.

34 Hackaderry Road Leitrim Barrlewellan BT45 9II

23 Woodford Park, Coleraine, County Newyork, Southern Ireland, YI51 3IO

Can anyone suggest me please.

If Postal Code is of same length then Right(Address,8)
