How to get send to excel option in browser view.

Hi experts,

When I am seeing my qlikview dashboard in mozilla browser it shows send to excel option but when I am log in with chrome it is not showing send to excel option.But when I am log in another computer, in chrome I am getting send to excel option.

Plz tell me how can I get it in my chrome??
