How to get two different values on the single column

Hi,

Is anybody able to provide an answer for me? I would like to adjust the scale min for one particular column, which is Segment.

The Segment have 4 values, Business_1, Business_2,Business_3,Business_4. I wanna set up 100, 150,200, 300 for the respective segments. However, I also want to set up 150 for Business_1 and Business_2, then run into an issue here. Even i used "And" or "WildMatch", but eventually it fail to achieve my purpose. 

What i want to do is very simple, just like [If(Segment=Business_1 and Segment=Business_2, 150]. 

Is there anyone providing your assistance to me? It is a bit urgent task to do in my end. It is my pleasure if i got your valuable answer here .
