How to group data by unique key and display only correlated data ?

For example: Client has two account but client ID(account number) is same. I would like to hide client account number and only display name like second image. Also if client opens third account, Is it possible  to add third account name and put them in order?

Create a list box using Name as a field. In the Sort tab, check the Expression option and use =[Account No] for the sort order. Or gave I misunderstood your (rather vague) requirements?

Thank you. Is there a way to hide Account Column from the list box?

are you talking about the list box or chart ? in list box you can have only one field at a time ..

if its in chart >straight table> go to chart properties >Presentation>select the field and check the hide option
