How to handle multiple dates when we need calendar for all of them?

Hi all,

We have a requirement where we have customer Cases and related dates.

Case_ID

Created_Date

Closed_Date

Modified_Date

Owener_Assigned_Date

Escalated_Date

etc...........

Client wants calendar to work with all the dates depending on his selection..

As we can always link through single column what will be the best approaches except Link table  ?
