How to handle renaming of dimension values during load script ?

Hi All ,

I have a dimension called Country . It has three countries , United States Of America , Great Britain , Republic of China .

But i want them to be loaded as USA,GB and China .

1) How to handle this in load script ?

2) How to handle this without reloading script ?

I want to know both ways of handling .
