How to hide a dimension field in a pivot table????

Hi all,

I want to hide a dimension field in a Pivot table... I use that dimension for filtering purpose only and it is not necessary to display to the users..

How can I do this...???

Hi,

If i understood your question properly,

1) What ever filters you used in dimension to filter datat can be directly used in expression to ilter data.

2) If you want to use filter only at dimension means then my suggestion for you would be to go for 'STRAIGHT' table and hide your dimension with the option 'Hide Column' which you can find in PRESENTATION tab of straight table.
