How to hightlight in green ?

Hi All,

I need to highlight value in green,

For eg ,

A = 128

B = 5000

If A is 25 % higher than B , then highlight B.

Sample model attached.

My requirement is if Forecast is 25 % higher than JE Forecast then highlight JE Forecast in green.
