How to indicate column with Color codes?

I want to show colored upward and downward arrows(Not background color)  with values .

( e.g. If value < 0  red, else  green)

What are the A and B in your measure. If it returns numeric should work.

Ya  I changed the representation to image then it is showing ' - '

A & B are just values , whose diff will be +ve and - ve values
