How to insert an image in the background ?

Hello everyone,

I have inserted an image using text object.  Then I would like to "save" this image in the background so I can use it in a theme.

And so to have this image at the same place in every sheet I will apply the theme to.

How do I do that ?

You can use an image as sheet background, however the positioning possibilities are limited.

Is this intentionally within a text object or just a background for the sheets?

If it is for sheet background, instead of putting on a text object, why do you just put it directly as a sheet background? Open document>setting>document properties>General tab> Default sheet background>check Wallpaper image.

Thank you for your answers.

I put it in a text object so I can move it as I want. Because in the background properties of the sheet, I can only select "Right, Left, Middle..."
