How to insert data into Qlik

Hi

does anyone help me about how insert data with a message box in the dashboard.

I have an empty table with the follows columns:

- row materials;

- goods;

- currency.

I have to fill it every time i start the project.

there is a very simple "all in one" solution for it: Qlikins, it is a simple data entry solution for Qlik.
