and how we select the SAP version.

All details can be found in the QlikView Connector Manual, and it is very well explained. Latest release is 5.80SR3.

The "Full" version is the only one that exists. You'll always get all SAP connectors, but you may decide not to use some of them.

You don't select a SAP version. The SAP Connector itself is SAP-version agnostic.

However, you will be performing a different installation on the SAP system itself, depending on which version of SAP you're using. Once the SAP Connector has been installed on a Windows/QlikView server or on a desktop/laptop, different transports will be available to be installed on different SAP releases (up until SAP BASIS 740). Read the manual to know which transports need to be installed on your SAP system.
