How to link two chart box expressions depending on a specific condition

I want to link two chart box expressions as folllows:

If flag 1 is present it will show a remark that 'No sounding correction is done within 7 days' and when when we click on it it will show the right chart expression for the details.

If flag 0 is true it will show an alert that 'No correction Done In 7 DAYS'. and then when clicked on it will show another chart.

Which feature should I use to have such characteristics
