How to load data present in FTP server into Qlikview

Hi,

I have a ftp serever where all database files are present. Now my problem is create a connection between QlikView Enviornment and FTP Server. For that i go to editscript -> Check Use FTP-> Connected. Now problem is when it is connected it , before load into qlikview the table viewer is unable to show data and it shows blank. And another problem is in my FTP server Excel file is present but when i connect through Qlikview it shows like txt format. When i reload after connection it is reloaded but no data is coming although file contain data.

Is there any methos to get data from FTP Serevr and loaded into Qlikview?????
